CAREER DAY'97
November 1997
PURPOSE
Assist companies recruiting well-qualified personnel. Assist students
find orientation on the labour market. TARGET GROUP 1. Students and graduates
of higher educational institutions specialising in economics, business,
law, marketing and related subjects;
2. Organisations, needing new employees.
ORGANISATIONAL FORM
A long time (5-7 month) programme including:
1. Creation of the database on young specialists needing employment;
2. Organisation of the meeting of the potential employers and employees;
3. Giving the potential employers the opportunity to use the database;
4. Organising the individual meetings of the employers and employees
(if required);
5. Updating and actualisation of the database.
PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIN
I. An advertising campaign focused on the students of BSEU, BSU, BSPA.
A. Three-wave posters distribution.
B. Publication of the series of articles focused on AIESEC activities
in the youth newspapers: the newspapers of BSEU, BSU, BSPA, Chyrvonaya
Zmena. C. Publication of the advertising bucklets (300-400 issues);
II. An advertising campaign focused on the business circles.
1. Publication of the series of articles focused on AIESEC activities
in the business newspapers: Belorusskaya Delovaya, Belorusski Rynok, Nacionalnaya
Economicheskaya Gazeta, Minsk Economic News, Belorusskaya Gazeta and others;
2. Press-presentation.
OPPORTUNITIES
You will have an opportunity to take part in the press-presentation
of the programme; You can have your advertisements placed on the meeting
(posters, booklets, etc.); You will have a presentation time during the
meeting ( up to 20 minutes); You will have a free unlimited access to the
Career Days Database till June 1, 1998. Mentioning of your role as a partner
of AIESEC in the newspapers and radio and TV news programmes.
