- on the Minsk Automobile plant.
In 1991 he started working in commercial
bank "Priorbank" though he was the chief of the planning and
economic office of the Minsk Automobile plant. He is specialist in the
sphere of economic efficiency calculations of new technologies.
In 1989 – 1991 he had been studying
in the School of young manager under Belarusian State Institute of National
Economy by profession of "Organizer of production". He’s been
dealing with the problem of development and development and introduction
of leasing in the national economy since1990.
He passed his period of probation
in Russian and Westen European leasing companies from 1991 to 1995. He
took part in seminars devoted to development of leasing in Central and
Eastern Europe, which were held under the aegis of "Leaseurope"
(1996 - in Poland; 1997 – in Slovakia).
Since 1991 he’s been the deputy
director of the company "Priorleasing".
Since 1995 he’s been the first vice
president of Belarusian Association of people dealing with Leasing.
