2. All additional professional work is charged extra according to expenditure of time and qualification.
3. All additional technical and legal processing made by other persons and organizations are charged according to their tariffs.
4. All specified fees are effective on condition the payment and money transfer is made before expiration of the due term. The payment transferred after the due date should be increased by 20%
