-a person/company, whose information is sited at the server, doesn't have own e-mail address;
-a Manager receives all post of www.belarus.net
 
For quicker and more thoughtful reply it is better off indicating in "Subject" the name/number of a person/company you are writing to.

Please could you be so kind not to send us e-mails more than 50Kb in volume, because E-MAIL in Belarus works not perfectly and your long messages could be lost?
