Having accumulated the best tyre specialists, 70% of which are labour veterans, "Belshina"
after a quarter of a century hasn't lost its leadership in the sphere of personnel qualification.
A system of personnel treating created at the Works allows to maintain high professional
knowledge and intellectual abilities of employees on all levels of production and management.

Today "Belshina" means not only production facilities, advanced technology and qualified
personnel but also well equipped kindergardens, clinics, a hospital, a hotel, children's sanato-
rium, a summer camp, a rest home and a recreation centre with its numerous creative groups.

The organization of normal conditions of labour and recreation, housing improvement,
medical service, care of children - these are main accents of social policy which is
reflected in the collective agreement of the management and the trade union.
