1.
Device for electrodynamic cleaning of the surface.
This invention deals with the problem of cleaning large metal surfaces
of constructions such as vessels, reservoirs, rolled metal, buildings from
corrosion, dross, old paint and other dirt. It can be used in shipbuilding,
ship-repair, aviation, machine building, metallurgy, etc.
The productivity is supposed to be more that 10,000 sq. m per hour.
This 100 and even 1000 times exceeds the productivity of the sand-blast,
water-blast, chemical and other known cleaning devices.
The invention is based on the discovery by an American physicist. The
technical solution is protected by copyright certificate No 845886, which
is my ownership. The testing was carried out at the high-voltage polygon
of the Moscow Research Institute, situated in the city of Istra. The calculations
prove that the economic effect of implementing only one device at the Klaipeda
Western Ship-Repair Works (in one of the former Baltic Republics) could
make up to 1.5 million US dollars annually. The world demand for such equipment
in no less than 150-200 units every year. The cost per unit under serial
production is about 50,000 USD. The level of complexity and maintenance
requirements can be compared with an x-ray medical apparatus.
2. Electric bania (sauna).
This device is based on the same discovery as the previous one, and
can be produced with the same electric equipment. There are different modifications
of this device, which can serve as a basis for future inventions for similar
purpose. The Electric bania can be used as a device for sanitarian superficial
cleaning of the military troops and civil population in case of radioactive,
biological and chemical contamination, as well as in civil practice, for
example by miners, stokemen, metallurgy workers, electric power stations
workers and other employees working in "dirty" environment. The
know-how allows to remove the contamination from human bodies within some
millionth fractions of a second. As the cleaning process is so fast, the
harmful substances can affect the human's health not more than ten minutes’
watching TV. The estimated system capacity of one station is 86,000 persons
per 24 hours, if they run through it one person per second. If several
stations (even 100) are used, it will be possible to clean millions of
people per day, and this is several thousand timed more efficient than
existing cleaning devices. The device does not require any soap, shampoo
or any chemicals. It is ecologically clear, harmless for people and environmentally
friendly. It allows to save millions of cubic meters of portable water.
This is the bania for the future.

Device for eliminating high pressure and low pressure fronts for objects
moving with the supersonic speeds.
It can be used in aviation, space industry, etc. A simple device allows
to eliminate the high pressure fronts before a supersonic craft and eases
the separation of the low pressure fronts behind the objects. It allows
to eliminate the turbulent streamlining of the atmosphere, which is being
transformed into a laminar one. This allows smooth passing over from subsonic
to supersonic speed, thus preventing the thunder like sound caused by the
high pressure and low-pressure atmosphere fronts. As a result, the fuel
needed for overcoming the supersonic barrier is economized, as its consumption
remains on the subsonic speed level and even less. Only this will allow
to increase the flight distance without additional fuel take in two or
three times, and the speed will be considerably higher.
This can be proved by a simplest prototype testing in an aerodynamic
tube. Maybe this is the secret of movement of the UFO in the atmosphere
of the Earth?
4. Transformaran.
This is a autonomous vessel with a loader designed for rescue and construction
operations on water. This vessel can come to the destination very quickly,
and then transform itself into a crane. For example, if the former Soviet
Union had such a vessel in Murmansk, the Komsomolets submarine, which was
submerged in the Norwegian sea, might have been rescued.

Subwater radio telephone (supposed-to-be invention).
This device allows wireless connection for underwater objects such
as submarines at a distance ranging from several meters to several hundreds
of kilometers without either surfacing or sending radio buoys to the surface.
The mobile devices mounted to the headphones of divers and skin-divers
can serve for their communication among themselves as well as with the
vessel, that allows more independence and more convenience. A known chemical
substance, resounding at a define electromagnetic wave is capable to enhance
the amplitude of the frequency of such oscillation. This must allow to
communicate at a distance of hundreds of kilometers, just the way the dolphins
can contact each other. As a variety of such a device, an apparatus to
forecast a storm, hurricane, tsunami can be used in sea navigation in respect
to each vessel and its course individually.
6. Meteopygon
(supposed-to-be invention)
The essence of the invention is to carry on specific control (corrections)
over the cyclogenetic or anticyclogenetic processes in the global atmosphere
continuously or for a special purpose. Simply speaking, to control weather
in one or several regions of the globe, probably under a special permission
of the corresponding UN Committee. Intensity, duration, and possible consequences
of the interference into the natural processes in the atmosphere are predictable,
can be simulated and calculated by computers.
Meteopolygon is a complex of comparatively cheap devices and constructions
(they may be called whirlwind and steam forgers) placed in a very special
way, known only to me, on an area of several kilometers in diameter, i.e.
comparable with a modern airdrome. When the apparatus are turned on, it
is possibile to restructure the atmospheric stratification up to a precalculated
height so that an "embryo" of a cyclone or anticyclone with desirable
properties is formed. The artificially formed whirlwind (cyclone or anticyclone)
during a definite period of time (several hours or days) will determine
the weather in a definite region of the earth. Later it will confront the
natural, global for this territory cyclone or anticyclone, and either reinforce
or weaken it by a given value. Taking the latter into consideration, it
is possible to create artificial whirlwinds with low and high intensity
and use them for definite purposes, such as to clear up the airdromes for
aircraft, to ventilate the deep open-cast mines, create favorable conditions
for sport events, to destroy the hail clouds and hurricanes (typhoons)
far from the coast, protecting people from their destructive force.

my own hands. The ones, requiring setting up a team of creative workers,
specialists and investments, remain unimplemented, in spite of their economic
efficiency. I shall retire soon. So, I want to accomplish the purpose of
my life - to present the mankind with the machines and apparatus invented
