International Militant Art Federation Marked Minsk Jiu-jitsu Musters. (26.08.97)

Minsk jiu-jitsu instructor Sergey Koblov has got a diploma of Representatives of International Militant Art Federation (IMAF) in Belarus. The document was delivered by one of patriarchs of Japanese single combats, Shizuya Sato (the 9th dan), in the presence of other famous people, hundred envoys from different countries in Budapest.

Namely there a seminar on militant art, born in The Country of Rising Sun, was founded. The meeting was timed to coincide with some great dates, for example the 115th year of judo.

Belarus entered IMAF. No more than hundred men and women are occupied with jiu-jitsu in Minsk. But the popularity of these kind of single combats has been coming up, especially after victories of its funs in combats without rules. Valery Evtushenko was the second one who passed an exam for a black belt.
