Children Adoption by Foreigners.( 26.02.97)
With the government resolution N 350 of the 3th of June
1996 the following is stated: " Temporary regulations of the order
of children adoption, whoare citizens of Republic of Belarus being, left
without parent guardianship, and establishment of guardianship( trusteeship)
by foreigh citizens. It said:"foreign citizens, the candidates to
adopt, appeal to authoritative body of the country of their residence to
consider the guestion of children adoption.
At belarusian territory in conformity with the clause
220 of Matrimony and Family Code and mentioned Resolution guestions of
children adoption by foreing citizens obey Ministry of Education, edukation
administration of regional and Minsk executive committee.
The report is sent from a depute chief of Minsk executive
commitee law administration.
