From Session to Session, from Parleament to Parleament

During the first session the House of Council of the Byelorussian
Parleament discussed approximately 80 documents worked-out and submitted
by the House of Representatives.
At the press-conference devoted to the results of the
first session Mr. Paul Shipouk, Chairman of the House of Council, said
that the discussions were quite active despite of the lack of experience.
In accordance with the Constitution the next session of
the House of Council will start on 2nd April. But already in the near future
the Members of the Parleamentwill take part in the Inter-Parleament Assembly
of the CIS in St.Petersburg. And at the beginning of March a meeting of
the Parleament Assembly of the Byelorussian and Russian Community will
be held in Minsk. One of the main questions on the agenda will be the joint
Session of the two Parleaments.
