The Pipeline "Iamal-Europe" Will Being
Built by Belarusian Technology. ( 26.02.97)
Minsk Wheeled Tractor Plant, to order of the joint Rusian-German
venture "Roger", carrying out the building of the pipeline "Iamal-Europe",
has sent off a motor-train of large carrying capacity to an industrial
area of test operation working. On a route of the pipeline it was used
for main kinds of transportation of heavy long pipes of a large diameter.
As it has become known to a reporter of BELTA, a few days ago Minsk Wheeled
Tractor Plant has received a report from exploites that the motor-train
can solve stated problems in the condition of lack of roads and ony kind
of weather. Its carrying capacity, practibility, a system of life conditions
for drivers is much better the characteristics of large dimension and carrying
capacity transport facilities, used for the building of a stock. That is
why leaders of the joint venture "Roger" are extremely interested
in further use of Belarusian large carrying capacity motortrains.
