Manufacturing of guarding equipment on the level of best word's standards is beeing planned to begin in April this year in Minsk production association "Gorizont" and the enterprise "Diassa". According to this project, worked out by the joint Byelorussian-American venture "Saturn- Info" and approved by government of Belarus, details for video-observation systems, metal-detectors and other special means of defence are delivered to the Republic. The equipment for turning and checking of these devices and teaching of specialists will be also free. Besides largest company "C and K Systems" will grant licence rights for a certain period to our country.

"Belarus is chosen to be a partner not by chance. It aquires great potential and work experience in the similar field and also a high level od education",-said the manager of the European branch of the company Mister Bart Otten. He also expressed his hope, that realization of the project will make a worthy contribution to the Republic's economy and help to open it for the western market. Not only the safety of material values but sometimes even people`s life depends on the quality of security systems.

Such is the situation. And they said that it would be sooner snow in June than Belarus would come on the world`s level.
