During 1997-98 academic year a compulsory distribution of final-year students of High schools and colleges suppose to be performed.

According to the resolution of the council of the Ministry, it was planned to improve providing of skilled workers for the country’s economy.

Those, who studies on a chargeable department are not liable for the distribution.

The government has offered Educational and Economic ministries along with a Ministries of labour and finance to work out a status on a distribution of students in a three days term.

According to the document, before

1 August of a current year the Ministry of the education and finance along with the region departments have been charged to determine measures of encouragement for final-year students, who are distributed to provinces, suffered from Chernobyl and to introduce an appropriate to the Ministry Council.

Those Ministries, which conduct high school and colleges Affairs and their directors along with, the employment services and concerned public enterprises and government establishments were entrusted to explore the labour market.

Taking into the account the appropriate agreements, a structure of preparation of skilled-workers should be organized.
