ONE MORE BLOW ON OPPOSITION

The House of Representatives of the National Assembly passed a law on the elections of local councils deputies.

One of it's articles will seriously hurt interest of belorussian opposition. The article says that people punished by administrative means as well as ones convicted for criminal cases can't be deputies of local councils.

It's well known that most oppositioners who took part in meetings and other actions were imposed to such a penalty.
