The award «Businessman of the year» found its winner. There were 9 nominations in production, building, trade, service, family business, etc. The final results came in 3 categories: in private, middle, big and small business. More than 800 entrepreneurs of non-governmental property took part in the competition. 95 of them reached the final, and 27 got the prize.

The vice-president of the municipal council, the head of the jury N.E. Pashkevich underlined that all winners deserved highest appreciation. He also mentioned that entrepreneurs makes 19% of the city budget.

Among the winners there were such enterprises as «Belavtogas», «Triple», «Alesia», «Pervomayskij» and a lot of private enterprises. The minister of enterprise and investments A.U.Sazonov and the head of the city deputy’s Soviet V.M. Papkovsky congratulated the participants of the competition.
