Self-centring scroll lathe chucks made from steel and
cast iron are intended for mounting on universal, revolving,
grinding machings, indexing heads and various devices.
They are applied in job-lot, small-lot and lot production.
 
At present the Plant manufactures more then 30 modifications
of self-centring scroll three-jaw lathe chucks with diameter
from 80 to 400 mm according to GOST 2675-80 accuracy
classes N, P, V, A according to GOST 1654-86.
 
Lathe chucks are manufactured in two versions:
version 1 - mounted by means of a mounting plate to GOST 3889-90;
version 2 - mounted a spindle end directly to GOST 12593-70.
Lathe chucks of both versions are manufactured in two makes:
make 1 - with solid jaws;
make 2 - with 2-piece jaws.

Special self-centring lathe chucks supplied with base jaws, 2-piece jaws and jaws of necessary hardness are manufactured on customer's request. Two-, four- and six-jaw lathe chucks, chucks for crank shaft grinding can be manufactured at customer's order, and by the way of connecting that conforms to DIN 6530 and DIN 55027.

Scrolls and jaws of lathe chucks are manufactured from high strength alloy steel with thermal treatment of working surfaces.

Appication of our lathe chucks ensures cutting down of your maintenance expences, reduces setting time of your equipment. Unlike taper lathe chucks, ours do not need time for readjustiment when setting another clamping diameter.
