Reliable Software Inc. is renowned not for the mere facts that it has been developing  banking  
technology  for  many years, installed  them at 650 branches of 120  CIS  banks, and  is a  member
of the  Association  of  Russian  Banks.
 
Nor is it familiar to the public because of participation in international exhibitions  and  conferences  
in Russia, France and  Germany  including  the  world's  biggest   CeBIT  Fair  for  Information  
Technologies  in  Hannover,  Germany.
 
Nowadays CASE technologies as well as CASE-based consulting are  applied  for  major  project  
development  by many companies.
  
We do not  claim  that  we  invented  the  concept  of  quality  management  but  we  are  currently 
implementing  the international quality standard ISO9001 that allows to assure quality at every stage
of software life cycle.
 
It was  IBM Corp. who  pioneered  in  software project  management, and  we  only  adopted  its  
software  project management system. We are not alone though: thousands of successively  run 
businesses  all  over  the  world  apply the scheme of personnel participation in the profits.
 
We are famed not for the mere fact that since January 1995 we publish Reliable Software,  a research  
and  practical magazine for banking and  big  app  system  developers  and  administrators 
(License LV # 1220).  Our authors  are experts from our company, banks and counterparts from
other companies.
 
We cannot put down to our credit that we reside in Minsk that has being a "smithy of personnel"  for
decades  and  a window to Europe through which Western  software  penetrated  to  be  adapted  to  
local  needs  while  this  lets  us successively resolve skill problems.
 
What we really put down to our credit is that we succeeded in taking advantage of these and other
cir-cumstances to uccessfully serve people: customers of our customers. There is no mistake here
because banking and finance services embrace adult population as a whole. Being involved in
financial technolo-gies means a great responsibility to  people.
 
Whether we do our job well or not influences the quality of life of our customers' customers, that is
millions of people and thousands of entities because databases and applications we developed store
in-formation of vital importance for them.
 
It is up to our powers to make human life more easy and comfortable by implementing advanced
computer technologies.
