History
The history has begun from a typical project of an automated retail banking system  for a  commercial  bank.  In 1991
the system was independently developed by an individual Yuri Zisser, a future founder  and president of our company,
on the basis of his application developed for a Siberian bank. The new product shortly became famous. As the system has been implemented in the major Belarussian commercial banks, some special entity should  exist to i mplement  and support the product. That is why a Reliable Software Inc. has been established on March 10, 1992.
 
By the end of 1992, the number of copies of the product that has been  called "35 Program" due to its operating speed (35 seconds per client) amounted to 100. This system could quickly end efficiently  dissolve client's  queues; moreover,
it had got even more power than Perestroika's time banks were really able to use. We installed many of the of copies in the savings and commercial banks of Russia and Belarus.
 
Commercial success of 35 Program made it possible to increase dramatically the number of employees and to develop an integrated banking system named RelBank Technology.   RelBank includes multi - currency nucleus, settlement  and many modules such as deposits, credits, etc. as  well  as  RelCard  smart  card  payment  system,  RelDepo  electronic depositary, and a state securities trading system at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
 
Today, the first version of the state-of-the art RelBank Technology is already running while our specialists are exploring new projects for big state entities (the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Statistics  and  Analysis of the Republic of Belarus), municipal billing system, etc. We work with Austrian  LinguaNet  to  localize  Digital UNIX into Russian as well as for two Californian companies (Winsoft and SeZaM Technologies).
 
Our various applications and the market scope lets feel us free as to regular economic crises at CIS markets as well as our specialists use to develop their skills while working  in  different  kinds  of  business.  Really,  our  company's  state registered regulations, after the paragraph about profits as an enterprise's main purpose, read the following: "Corporate employees are of main value for the Enterprise, and so the basis of the Enterprise's  activity  is  care  on its  employees, creation of conditions for their showing maximum worth of their work, providing their  social  needs  according  to  the Enterprise's abilities and employee's contribution."
