customer is always right. When a customer approaches us with a story
that he (she) has got into trouble X, we never respond this is
unlikely true or you've probably done it wrong. When a customer
wants to vary function Y, we never try to persuade him (her) that this
- would be of no use for him (her) and that the function as it is satisfies
everybody but him (her). We merely do what
- the customer asked for.That is why our clients' clients are indifferent
to many thousand miles' distances separating us.

- Life does not stand still. Many years of programming practice proved
that you cannot keep pace with ever new requirements of customers.
The versatility of any application system is relative. Practically, a
bank or an enterprise
- must either content itself with partial automation or apply portions
of systems acquired from different developers.
- This places a burden of enforcing interaction. There is a reasonable
way out of the situation. A bank or an enterprise must deal with a General
Contractor who will be responsible for integrated automation.

- General Contractor, or a Strategic Partner as we usually call
it, carries out an investigation and works out an
- integrated automation project using CASE tools and then implements
it sequentially side by side with customer's Automation Department.
When there is a need, we hire somebody of our partner subcontractors.

- For any matter concerning automation, the customer must contact its
Strategic Partner who is responsible for the
- entire automated system rather than its part that has been developed
and implemented by the Partner through Automation Department. This
