LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
of April 11, 1995
ON INSERTION OF ADDITIONS INTO THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF
BELARUS "PRIVATIZATION OF STATE PROPERTY IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
"The Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Belarus decrees: Introduce
intj the law of the Republic of Belarus of 19 January of 1993 "On
Privatization of State Property in the Republic of Belarus" (Register
of the Supreme Sovietof the Republic of Belarus of 1993 N 7, art.41) the
following additions: 1. To suppliment Article 4 with the part of the following
content: "In the reogranisation in the process of privatization of
enterprises processing agricultural production and servicing agriculture,
in open joint-stock companies with agricultural enterprises, making agricultural
production, as members take part sovkhozes as well as other state agricultural
enterprises". 2. To suppliment part 1 of Article 20 with the suggestion
of the following content: "The payment of the handed over shares of
joint-stock companies, formed in the process of privitization of enterprizes
processing agricultural production and serving agriculture, is carried
out by the producers ad valorem (initial emission) desregarding inflation".
3. To suppliment part 1 of Article 23 with the following suggestion: "In
the course of privitization of sovkhozes and other State agricultural enterprises,
formed on the basis of collective farms, the members of labour body acquire
the property of that sort of sovkhozes and other state agricultural enterprises
