THE DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

I DECIDE:

1. To oblige the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministries, the State Committees, other state bodies subordinate to the President of the Republic of Belarus, the economic amalgamations established on the basis of the property of the Republic of Belarus, to agree with the President of the Republic of Belarus the following: - making deals on disposal of the property that is in possession by the Republic of Belarus worth the sum exceeding 10 thousand of minimal salaries; - attraction, distribution and utilization of foreign credits granted under the guarantees of the Government; - assigning additional budget assets, those from the reserves including, and foreign currency to the sum worth over 5 thousand minimal salaries by the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus at the moment of assigning thereof; - assigning quotas and issuing licenses for export of oil and of the products of processing thereof, mineral fertilizers, timber and saw-timber, wastes or scraps of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, precious metals and stones, amber, special materials and technical products of military purpose, other strategically important products which are in the possession of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Local executive committees shall take necessary measures to set the similar procedure of disposing the property which is in the communal ownership.

3. To propose the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus to provide agreement with the President of the Republic of Belarus of the following: - volumes of credit emission; - issue of budget loans and credits worth over 15 thousand minimal salaries.
