ON A STRICTER CONTROL OVER THE IMPORT OF ALCOHOL
DRINKS TO THE CUSTONS TERRITORY OF THE REOUBLIC OF BELARUS
With the aim of better regulation of the import to the customs territory
of the Republic of Belarus of alcohol drinks I DECIDE:
1. To set that since October 1, 1994, the charging of excises during
the import to the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus of alcohol
drinks enlisted in article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December
19, 1991 "OnExcises"(Vedomosti of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic
of Belarus, 1992, No. 3, doc. 53; 1993, No. 3, doc. 27; 1994, No. 3, doc.
24) is made irrespective of the date of concluding the contract. 2. The
State Customs Committee in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and
in agreement with the National Bank shall within two month period design
and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus a decision
draft on the procedure to charge the mortgage collection for transit of
articles through the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus. 3. The
Ministry of Finance shall establish a more severe control over the observation
of the procedures of sale of the imported into the Republic of Belarus
alcohol drinks and over complete payment of respective taxes and duties.
