THE DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

ON CANCELING OF THE CUSTOMS CONTROL ON THE
BORDER OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS WITH THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
In accordance with the Agreement on the Customs Union between the Republic
of Belarus and the Russian Federation of January 6, 1995, and with the
aim to implement the agreement to finish the first stage of the formation
of the Customs Union I DECIDE:
1. To cancel the customs control on the border of the Republic of Belarus
with the Russian Federation.
2. The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus in cooperation
with the respective state bodies of the Russian Federation shall establish
the customs control on the external borders of the Republic of Belarus
and the Russian Federation and in cooperation with the Cabinet of Ministers
of the Republic of Belarus shall take measures to fulfill the present Decree.
3. The Decree is enacted since the date of publication.
