ON CUSTOMS REGIMS
In accordance with the Customs Code of the Republic of Belarus the
Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. To confirm the applied Regulation on Customs Procedures, established
in relation to the objects transferred through the customs border of the
Republic of Belarus.
* 2. To provide the State Customs Committee with the right to establish
the customs procedures.
3. The State Customs Committee shall design and approve by agreement:
- with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Health and
other bodies in interest the procedure of issuing by the customs bodies
the permits to use in the respective customs modes the articles which are
the objects of veterinary, phitosanitary and other types of control; -
with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment
Protection and other bodies in interest the procedure of demolishing the
articles in respect to which the customs mode of demolishing under the
customs control was determined; - with the Ministry of Justice, Ministry
of Finance, Ministry for Control of the State Property and Privatization,
the Committee on precious metals and stones of the Council of Ministers
of the Republic of Belarus and other bodies in interest the procedure of
circulation into the property of the Republic of Belarus of the articles
in respect to which the customs mode of gratis alienation into the property
