On Approving Rates of the Export Customs Duties The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Became invalid.

2. To state that: - the rates of export customs duties are applied in relation to the goods, exported outside the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus in the customs mode of export (export shipment); - in export into the Russian Federation of the goods which are in free circulation on the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus the export duties are not charged.

3. To state invalid: - The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 1994, N 300 "On Approving the Rates of the Export Customs Duties" (Collection of Enactments of the Republic of Belarus, 1994, N 12, doc. 236); - The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 8, 1994, N 50 "On Partial Amendment of the Rates of the Export Customs Duties".

4. The present Decree is enacted since May 10, 1995 (concerning group 27 products of the Goods Nomenclature of the Foreign Economic Activities - since April 19, 1995). Prime-Minister of the Republic of Belarus M. Chigir
