THE DECREE OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

ON CUSTOMS TARIFF OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 3,1993
"On Customs tariff" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic
of Belarus DECIDES:
1. To confirm customs duty rate, established in relation to the goods,
transfered through the customs border of the Republic of Belarus in accordance
with the appendix No.1.
2. To establish, that rate preferencies within the framework of the
Common system of preferencies are not applicable to the goods mentioned
in the appendix N 2.
3. To put the following changes in the resolution of the Cabinet of
Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 1994 N 298 "On Customs
tariff of the Republic of Belarus" (Code of decrees of the Republic
of Belarus of 1994 N 12, art.234; N 15, art.293; Code of decrees of the
President and decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of
Belarus of 1994 N 15, art.404): 3.1.To cancel point N 1 ; 3.2. In the point
N: to complete the 3-rd extract with the words "Georgian Republic"
after the words "Armenian Republic"; in the 4-th and the 7-th
extracts to strike the words "approved by this decision" out
of list; the 5-th and the 6-th extracts to be in the following wording:
"regarding things made in the developing countries decreased twice
customs duty rate and rate preferencies within the framework of the Common
system of the preferencies, are established. things, made in the less-developed
countries, mentioned in the appendix N 3, must be covered with rate preferencies
within the framework of the Common system of the preferencies and with
no any duties."; to complete this point with the extract in the following
wording: "Things, coming from the Latvinian Republic, are covered
with the Customs duty rate for the goods, made in the countries, mentioned
in the appendix No.1, until the special decision of the Government of the
Republic of Belarus is made." 3.3.To complete appendix No.1 with the
words: "127.Lithuanian Republic" 3.4.In appendix No.3 to replace
the word "33.Samoa" by the words "33. Western Samoa."
4. To confirm that since February 23, 1995 the regime of the most possible
favourability is applied to the goods, made in the Lithuanian republic.
5. This Decigion is to be enacted since the moment of its publishing.
