THE DECREE OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
of October 2,1995 N 538
ON MODIFICATTION EXCISE RATES FOR GOODS, IMPORTED TO THE
TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
To execute Agreement on Customs Alliance between the Republic of Belarus
and Russian Federal Republic of 6 January of 1995 the Cabinet of Ministers
of the Republic of Belarus decrees:
1.In the excise rates on goods, imported into the territory of the
Republic of Belarus confirmed by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers
of the Republic of Belarus of 12 May 1995 N 252 "On confirmation of
excise rates on goods, imported into the territory of the Republic of Belarus".(Collection
of President Decrees and Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the
Republic of Belarus of 1995 N 15, art.348), the following position: "2402
(except cigars (including cigars with 7ECU 240290000) cut ends), cigarills
(thin for 1000" cigars) and cigars of tobacco change into the position:
"2402 (except cigars (including cigars with 2ECU 240290000) cut ends),
cigarills (thin for 1000" cigars) and cigars of tobacco
2. The present Decree enters into force from the day of being signed
