THE DECREE OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
of JULY 10, 1992, N 421 Minsk
ON PROCEDURE FOR INCLUSION OF PRODUCTS (WORK, SERVICES) OF FOREIGN
ENTERPRISES AND JOINT VENTURES OPERATING ON THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC
OF BELARUS INTO PRODUCTS OF THERE OWN PRODUCTION
In conformity with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Foreign
Investment on the Territory of the Republic of Belarus" the Cabinet
of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus decrees the following: 1. It shall
be established that products (work, services) of one's own production of
foreign enterprises, as well as of joint ventures, whose ownership capital
comprises over 30 per cent of foreign investment, include: products manufactured
with the use of raw material, materials, semi-finished products, completing
articles, if jobs performed have changed one of the first four symbols
of a ninesymbol code of ready product specified in the commodity classification
for foreign economic activity; work and services performed by the manufacturer
with the use of one's own labor and of property owned (possessed) by the
manufacturer. The product of one's production shall be confirmed by a certificate
issued to foreign enterprises and joint ventures by the Chamber of Commerce
and Industry. 2. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry shall be recommended
to work out the form and procedures for issuing a certificate to include
products, produced by foreign enterprises and joint ventures located on
the territory of the Republic, into products of one's own production. Chairman
