The team which is the kernel of the firm was gathered in 1992 in Minsk city (Republic of Belarus). Its first commerce expierence was trying to create of the information service center for people. It happened in winter 1992 - 1993. This deed started to develop very succesful. However, the team generated new ideas.

For further realizing these ideas it needed to find the firm which could support these projects. As a result, the database department with this team appeared in one Minsk engeneering firm. In this firm the team could produce many very interesting projects in area of card surveying, document motion and legislation information software. However, the team wanted to start it's own business.

The organization of this business requires at least minimum financial means, and the team worked as department in one financial company. In February, 1996 the decision to buy the deed was adopted between two sides. After this the firm started to develop quickly. One of significants of company development is the grow of staff quantity. In August, 1995 there were 4 persons, in a year there were more than 25 ones.

The first information project in their own firm was "JurInform" -- the Belarussian legislation information system. Now we are working hard to provide on-line access to "JurInform" in Internet.

We are the only Belarussian firm having the legislation information system with laws of the Republic Belarus in the English language, though in minimum volume. However, we need additional financial means to provide our legislation database in English and other foreign languages in whole volume and full-time upgrading.
