VACUUM ROTATION UNIT HD750/2xAB3-20D
Vacuum rotation unit HD750/2xAB3-20D is designed for evacuation from
airtight vessels air and gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures, non-aggressive
to the structure materials, with oxygen content not exceeding the one in
the air (21% of the volume); under normal conditions preliminary cleaned
from drop moisture and mechanical admixtures, from the atmospheric pressure
to the extreme residual pressure at the output cross-section not exceeding
the atmospheric pressure by more then 9,3 kPa (70 mm Hg).
The unit is equipped with two forevacuum pumps AB3-20D and with double-rotor
airtight pump HD750 with submerged electric motor and AB3-20D pumps and
because of the absence of the input rotation with frictional sealing the
unit is highly reliable and simple in servicing. Considerable volume of
the oil filled in guarantees longer operation between service breaks.
The unit is equipped with its own vibration supports. If a customer
wishes, pumps AB3-20D can be mounted upon foundations.
Under individual orders the unit can be equipped with the following
parts:
- emergency valve;
- input filter;
- oil fog filter;
- electric drive for non-standard parameters of electric supply system.
