Rotary-Plate Roughhing Pump
Plate-rotor vacuum pump HBP-25D is designed to evacuate from airtight
vessels air, fire-proof and explosition-proof gases,vapours, and vapour-gas
mixtures, non-aggrressive to the working fluid and to the unit materials
from atmospheric to extreme residual pressure.
The pump is of general-industrial purpose. It can be used for obtaining
low, medium and high vacuum and as an extreme vacuum pump if opered with
high-vacuum pumps as well as independelly.
HBP-25D pump is a two-step volum-action unit with an oil sealing of
gauges and of monoblock structure. It is driven by a flange-mounted electric
motor through a coupling and has air cooling , gas ballast device, built-in
oil pump, providing a stable supply of lubricants into the working cylinders
throughout the entire operation cycle and its own vibrators.
The pump design makes it possible to mount a Rootes pump without a
frame if it is used as part of the unit..
Due to its good balance and high-speed operation both mass and power
characteristics of the pump are better than the ones of valve pumps. Its
noisen and vibration levels are lower and it doesn't require a special
foundation to be mounted upon. Considerable oil volum guarantees longer
operation periods between servicing breaks.
Under individual orders the pump can be equipped with the following
items:
-- filter for cleaning oil from mechanicle admixtures;
-- oil fog filter;
-- input filter;
-- automatic remote control gas ballast device;
-- electric drive for non-standard current and voltage frequency;
-- emergency valve.

Model H1P90 F Plate-Rotor
VACUUM PLANT
Plate-rotor vacuum plant H1P90F is designed to evacuate air fireproof
and explosion-proof gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures, non-agressive
to the working fluid and to the unit materials from atmospheric to extreme
residual pressure.
The pump is designed to be operated as part of technologycal equipment
and can be used for vacuum impregnation, driving vacuum ctches, etc.
H1P90F pump is a one step, volume-action unit with an oil sealing of
gauges and of a monobloc structure. It is driven by a flangemounted electric
motor through an elastic coupling and and has a gas ballast device, air
cooling of electric motor and cooling of the crankcase of the block of
culinders.
Built-in oil pump provides for a steady supply of lubricants into the
working cylinder throughout the entire operation cycle.Water-cooled oil
fog suppression device and oil cooling system heat exchanger are mounted
in the pump crankcase. Due to its good balance and high-speed operation
both noise and vibration levels of the pump are low. The pump has its own
vibration supports and can be mounted without any foundation anywhere near
technologycal equipment.
It is not necessary to use only vacuum oils for lubricating working
cylinder. Sufficiently large volum of the oil filled in and devices obstructing
its ejection into the oil filled into the output nozzle guarantee a long
operation resource between technical servicing breaks. Under individual
orders the pump can be equipped with the following items:
- emergency valve;
- water-cooled condenser;
- oil fog filter;
- automatic remote control gas ballast device;
- special electric drive for non-standard current voltage frequency;
- filter for cleaning oil from mechanical admixtures.
